Ms. REHEMA NDOMONDO MWABULAMBO

Ms. Rehema, currently the only female Chief Executive officer leading a financial securities brokerage firm in Tanzania, holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration both from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) (1992).
With over 25 years of experience in the banking Industry having served as a Customer service Manager and Branch Operations Manager at the National Microfinance Bank (NMB), later a Finance Assurance and Banking Operations Manager at TSN OIL (T) Ltd right before joining Smart Stock Brokers in 2015 where she started as a Compliance Manager then later Chief Executive Officer, Rehema has become the embodiment of true leadership and has been the leader SSB needs overseeing effectively and efficiently all company operations.
ULINDULA DAUDI
Operations Director
Ulindula holds MSc Advanced Financial Systems from Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration.
At SSB Ulindula is responsible for managing operations process, planning, control, performance Improvement and operations strategy.
He is rich of experience of about twenty years in financial information systems offering services to public as well as private sector institution.
His information and communication technology consulting experience over the years covered the following areas among others; developing ICT strategies; developing and improving ICT infrastructure; reviewing and documenting business processes; organization review and salary surveys, implementing financial management systems including designing monitoring reports, developing databases, implementation of network systems and conducting user training.
BAKARI ALLY KIMAYA
Operations Director
Bakari Ally Kimaya has 30 years’ experience in Banking Industry. He was previously employed by Bank of Tanzania (BOT).
Holding various positions as a Branch Accountant, Foreign Accounts Department as a Payment and Settlement Officer and Domestic Market Department as monitoring and controller.
From year 2015 to September 2020 He operated as Manager
of Finance and Administration – BOT Mbeya Branch. From October 2020 todate He is the Head of Operations and Investment Advisory
at Smart Stock Brokers (SSB). Bakari Holds Advance Diploma in Accounts (1991), Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (1994) at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM).
He also attained Masters of Science in Finance at the University of Strathcyde Glasgow in UK (1998). He has also attended various courses and workshops including Securities Market Industry Certification.
Stock brokers and Dealers Certification courses for Dealers and Nominated Advisory. Modern financial markets (India) and US Capital Market (New York), Treasury Management (IFM/BOT), US Monetary Policy Implementation Federal Reserve Bank (New York).
ARTHUR DALLAS SEME
Senior Investment Advisor
Arthur who is a licensed Investment Advisor holds MSc (Finance) from the University of Strathclyde United Kingdom, B.Com (Business Administration and Management) Kenya, Daystar University.
As a strategic Investment and business developer at SSB, he is responsible for handling business research and financial analysis, identifying and analyzing potential Investment areas and advising management on business development.
His expertise and experience of over 15 years working at the interface of public and private businesses involving large and complex organizations makes him a very valuable asset at SSB, having done investment appraisals and risk analysis, financial and economic analysis, feasibility studies and Treasury & Investment Management.
Prior joining SSB he worked with National Development Corporation as Head of partnerships, Tanzania Development Finance Limited as Treasury and Investments Manager, Participated in creation of financial models for Integrated Mchuchuma Appraisal Model, conducted economic analysis for Tanzania Steel Plant Ltd and financial and economic analysis for Mwanza Airport Upgrade Project and Dar es Salaam Abattoir.
GODFREY ROBERT MWAMSOYO
Systems Developer
Godfrey holds MSc Computer Science (Maharishi University of Management) Iowa, United States; and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (University of Dar es Salaam) Tanzania, also a certified Salesforce system developer and a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer.
With rich experience of about 20 years in the financial markets, banking, advertising and Telecommunication sector, Godfrey ensures the company runs its operations in an efficient manner, advanced in technology. He also supports clients/Investors in developing systems that supports different kinds of Investment opportunities.
Godfrey is conversant in developing business applications with major databases like MS-SQL, Oracle and MySQL.
He is also an experienced developer on UNIX, LINUX and Microsoft Window OS platforms environment.
